Biography

2011: Earned second-team all-California Collegiate Athletic Association honors after leading the Gators with a .326 batting average, 25 runs scored and 12 stolen bases, which was tied for 10th in the league ... Ranked second on the team with 44 hits, finishing with 11 multi-hit games ... Hit safely in 22 of the final 25 games of the season, posting a .382 batting average during that stretch ... Drove in a season high three runs with her first collegiate triple vs. Humboldt State (April 15) ... Went a combined 4-for-7 with three runs scored to help SF State sweep a doubleheader at Cal State Stanislaus (April 22) ... Stole two bases and scored a run in the Gators’ season-opening 5-2 victory vs. Sonoma State at the Best of the West Tournament (Feb. 5) ... Has missed just four games in the past two years.

2010: Made an immediate impact during her freshman campaign, finishing third on the Gators with a .398 slugging percentage and 20 runs scored ... Ranked second on the squad with four homers and five stolen bases ... Played in 51 of 53 games, earning 24 starts in center field and 22 in left ... Posted six multi-hit games and finished with multiple RBI in three contests ... Belted her first collegiate round-tripper with a three-run shot to help SF State shut out Cal State East Bay, 8-0, in the second game of a doubleheader (Feb. 13) ... Doubled and scored in the Gators’ 3-2 triumph over Cal State Stanislaus (Feb. 19) ... Also hit a two-run blast in the bottom of the 10th inning vs. Chico State to give the Gators a 2-0 walk-off win (April 9) ... Totaled two hits and two runs at Humboldt State (April 19).

PRIOR TO SF STATE: Graduated in 2009 from Del Campo High School ... Earned all-Capital League honors following her sophomore and senior campaigns ... Hit .511 in 2009 with a team-best four home runs and 33 RBI in 25 games ... Recipient of her school’s four-year outstanding female athlete award ... Also played basketball for the Cougars.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Steve and Doreen Jensen ... Has two brothers, Stephen and Bobby ... Majoring in physiology at SF State.
