2009-10: Kicked off the season in style with three victories at the Fullerton Open, including a 9-2 decision over Morgan Flaherty of Division I UC Davis (Nov. 21) … Cracked the starting lineup at 149 pounds in a home dual meet vs. Stanford (Nov. 25) … Also competed at the Menlo Invitational (Jan. 3).

2008-09: Saw limited action in his first season as a Gator, appearing in two bouts at both the Best of the West Tournament and Menlo Invitational.

PRIOR TO SF STATE: Graduated from San Clemente High School, where he was a four-year varsity letterwinner ... Recipient of Most Outstanding, Iron Man and Hardest Worker Awards for wrestling ...Two-time Orange County All-Star... Placed 4th in CIF and 9th in Masters in 2004...CIF qualifier in 2005 ... Third at CIF, fifth at Masters and a state qualifier in 2006 ...Two-time team captain ... Holds the records for most takedowns and escapes in a season and takedowns in a career ... Member of the San Clemente Dream Team at 125.
