Nick White

Nick White

White joined the coaching staff prior to the 2023 season. He works closely with the catchers and assists with creating and implementing hitting programs.

White has served as the Head Coach of the Menlo Park Legends of the Bay Area Collegiate Baseball League since November 2021. As Head Coach, he's developed a 40 man roster, arranged transportation for athletes to participate in away games, tournaments and other events and prepared training and development for his players. White has recruited individuals for coaching jobs, support staff and other athletic department staff positions.

During the summer of 2021, White was Head Coach for the NPB Flamingos. The Flamingos played in the Collegiate League of the Palm Beaches. He finished the season with a winning record.

Prior to SF State, White was with Menlo College from July 2017 to August 2022 most recently serving as the Associate Head Coach/Recruiting Coordinator. White also started and developed the Menlo College JV baseball program and served as a pitching coach from January 2017-18. Before Menlo White was a Graduate Assistant Coach for San Jose State.

White began his collegiate career at College of San Mateo where he earned First Team All-NorCal and Second Team All-Conference honors while leading his team to a second place Junior College World Series. He went on to play at Sonoma State and Oklahoma Wesleyan. At Wesleyan, he was named First Team All-Region and helped lead the team to a Second place finish at the NCCAA World Series.

White earned a degree in Kinesiology from Oklahoma Wesleyan in 2013. He earned a MA from Concordia University, Irvine in Coaching and Athletic Administration in 2018 and his MS in Coaching and Exercise Science in 2020 from CUI as well.
