2019 TF: Ran a 57.50 in the 400m to take fourth at the East Bay Quad Meet (Feb. 22)... Took second in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 11:20.59 at the Art Dual Meet (March 22) while also earning silver in long jump with a distance of 5.34m... Guided the 4x400 to a top-ten finish at the East Bay Invite (April 12) with a time fo 3:54.60.

2018 XC: Did not see any action.

2017 XC:  Competed in four races… made season debut at the SF State Invite… ran a season-best 27:27.3 at the CCAA Championships… competed in the NCAA West Regional, running a 33:32.1 which is a career best mark.

2016 XC: Appeared in three races in 2016…made his 2016 debut at the Yellowjacket Invitational hosted by Montana State-Billings where he finished the 10k race 31^st overall with a time of 35:18.16…took 52^nd at the CCAA Championships on Oct. 22…appeared at the NCAA Division II West Region Championships on Nov. 5, crossed the line with a time of 39.05.3. 

2015 XC:  Appeared in four races for the Gators…made his collegiate debut at the SF State Quad Meet on Sept. 17, finished 28^th overall with a time of 24:55 in the 7250k race…Set a personal-best in the 8K at the CCAA Championships on Oct. 25 where he finished with a time of 26:03.2 which was good enough for 43^rd.

2014 XC:  Utilized his red-shirt season… was named to the Fall 2014 Honor Roll and Dean’s List as well as the Spring 2015 Honor Roll and Dean’s List.

Before SF State:  Joins SF State after attending Etiwanda High School, the native of Fontanta, Calif. lettered in both cross country and track for the Eagles...while there he received several accolades:  he was named the most valuable player and most inspirational...in his senior campaign he was the fifth fastest senior in San Bernardino Country...he was awarded the coaches award that season...in his sophomore season he was the fastest sophomore in San Bernardino County...he is a member of the Cum Laude Society.

Personal: Parents Ryan and Leigh-Anne Magin...Brother Colin... Lists skateboarding, painting, woodwork, and hockey as his interests.
