2016:  Earned All-CCAA honors for the third consecutive year, finishing fifth overall with a time of 24:48.0 at the CCAA Championships at Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park…had four top-five finishes on the year…began the season taking fourth overall at the Speedway Duals on Sept. 15 finishing with a time of 23:18 in the 5800k race…took third at the Yellowjacket Invitational at Amend Park, finishing the 10k race with a time of 32:22.51…finished second and at the SF State Invitational with a time of 25:03.2, that earned him his second career CCAA Runner of the Week honors…wrapped up his career taking 33^rd at the NCAA Division II West Regional Championships with a time of 31:10.5. 

2015: Earned All-CCAA honors after finishing ninth at the CCAA Championships at the Speedway Meadow in Golden Gate Park…took 26^th at the NCAA Division II West Regionals at the Ash Creek Reserve, finished with a time of 30:43.6 in the 10K race…began the year taking second overall at the SF State Quad Meet, finished the 7250k race with a time of 23:11…took 17^th at the Roy Griak Invitational hosted by Minnesota…was named to the 2016 Spring Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

2014:  Had a monumental first year running for the Gators…he wrapped up the 2014 campaign earning several individual honors…he was named the CCAA Newcomer of the Year and was named to the All-CCAA team after finishing third in the CCAA Championships on Nov. 8…he went on to earn All-West Region honors after finishing 16^th overall at the NCAA Division II West Regionals…he completed the 10K race with a  time of 31:33.05…in his first season running for the purple and gold he placed in the top-10 in all four regular season races…he made his collegiate debut on Sept. 18 in the SF State hosted quad meet where he placed second overall out of 25 runners at the Speedway Meadow at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco…he set a collegiate best in the 8K on Oct. 10 at the SF State Invitational finishing ninth overall out of 162 runners with a time of 25:14.5…at the CCAA Championships he finished third overall out of 71 runners with a time of 25:24.7…he was also named the SF State Male Newcomer of the Year… was named to the Fall 2014 Honor Roll and Dean’s List as well as the Spring 2015 Honor Roll.

2013:  Did not participate in any meets for the Gators in 2013. 

2012: Did not participate in any meets for the Gators in 2012...ran unattached at the Santa Clara Invitational.

PRIOR TO SF STATE: Graduated in 2012 from Monte Vista High School … Earned his team’s most valuable runner award on two occasions and was named most improved … Finished third at the CIF North Coast Section meet as a senior …  Also played badminton as a prep, helping Monte Vista High capture the East Bay Athletic League championship.
