2010: Logged the Gators’ top 8K time of the season at the highly competitive Santa Clara Bronco Invitational, where notched a career-fast 25:27.2 to finish in 88th (Oct. 16) ... Crossed the tape in 18th place at the SF State Invitational with a 26:14 clocking (Oct. 8) ... Helped the Gators capture the team championship at the Stanislaus Invite with a 12th-place performance of 27:25 (Sept. 11) ... Contributed to SF State’s fourth-place team finish at the CCAA Championships, where he registered a 25:56.7 clocking to wind up in 23rd (Nov. 6) ... Also competed at the NCAA Division II West Regionals (Nov. 20).

PRIOR TO STATE:  Transferred from Northern Arizona University where he was a two-year competitor in both cross country and track ... Graduated in 2004 from Acalanes High School in Lafayette, Calif. ... Captured first-team All-Diablo Foothill League honors in cross country.
