2013:  Ran in four races for the Gators in 2014…made his 2014 debut at the Roy Griak Invitational where he placed fourth overall with the Gators with a time of 27:46…on Oct. 11 at the SF State Invitational he placed 14^th out of 120 runners with a time of 26:07…Placed 32^nd overall at the CCAA Championships on Oct. 26 with a time of 26:14.4…he wrapped up his senior campaign finishing 66^th at the Division II West Regional with a time of 33:50.6 in the 10k.

2012: Ran in five races for SF State as one of the team's top runners ... finished in the team's top three in three races, including two second-place finishes ... grabbed a personal-best time of 25:24.12 in the 8K at the Charles Bowles Invitational (9/29) to place 11th out of 170 runners to help the Gators take third in the meet ... also came in second on the team at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championship Meet by placing 23rd with a time of 26:39.4 ... was a member of the SF State Athletics Honor Roll in the spring.

2011: Cracked the starting lineup in all six races during his sophomore season, highlighted by two 10th-place performances at the 4.2-mile Notre Dame de Namur Invitational (22:28 - Sept. 3) and Sonoma State Invite (27:00 - Oct. 1) ... Established a new 8K personal-best at the Sundodger Invite, clocking in at 25:48.53 to finish 38th amongst 234 runners (Sept. 17) ... Also participated in the NCAA West Regional meet for the second year in row, where he trimmed 1:46 off his 10K time from last year after crossing the finish line at 33:21 to wind up in 63rd place (Nov. 5) ... Received all-academic distinction from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

2010: Ran in all six races in his debut campaign for SF State ... Finished among the Gators’ scoring five at the CCAA Championships, where he posted a collegiate-fast 8K time of 26:27.9 to help the Purple and Gold to a fourth-place standing ... Landed on the SF State Athletics Dean's List for the fourth straight semester.

2009: Utilized redshirt season.

PRIOR TO SF STATE: Graduated in 2009 from Santa Margarita High School ... Recipient of his team’s Coaches Award ... Was named most promising newcomer ... Also competed in soccer.
