Personal:  Transferred to SF State from Hartnell College ... Was an NSCAA All-American and his team's  Most Valuable Player ... Graduated from Watsonville High in 2005 ... Member of CCS Championship Team in high school ... Also ran track in high school ... Son of Fidel and Oralia Cisneros and brother of George, Jairo, and Cristian ... Majoring in criminal justice at SF State.
