HS Bests: 17:23 (Woodward Park XC); 4:50.53 (1600m)
2019 TF: Recorded a pair of first-place finishes at the East Bay Quad Meet (Feb. 22) with a 12.29 in the 100m and a 24.83 in the 200m... Tossed a 8.32m in shot put at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (March 30).

2018 XC: Registered a time of 32:19.6 at the Capital Cross Challenge (Sept. 29)… Ran a 31:02.9 at the Bronco Invite (Oct. 13).

2017 XC: Did not see any action.

Before SF STATE:  Joins SF State after lettering in both cross country and track at Xavier College Preparatory High School in Palm Desert, California… Lettered for three years in cross country and all four years for head coach Aaron Lyons and the Saints… Helped guide his team to a league title on 2014, and runner up in 2015 and 2016… Helped guide his team to CIF Prelims, Finals and State Championships while running for the Saints… Ran club for the Hot Two Racers.
