2019 TF: Ran a personal-best 4:43.10 in the 1500m at the East Bay Quad Meet (Feb. 22)... Guided the 4x400 to a first-place finish at the Academy of Art Dual Meet (Mar. 22) with time of 3:50.1... Crossed in 2:11.97 in the 800m for another personal best at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (March 28).

2018 XC: Began the year with a 29:55.2 at the SF State Invitational (Sept. 21)… Clocked in at 28:59.5 at the Bronco Invitational (Oct. 13).

Prior to SF State: Ran for College of San Mateo… Medaled in the NorCal Finals… Standout at Westmoor HS where he qualified for CCS… Medaled at the Mt. Sac Cross Country Invite and the Serra Top 7.
