THIS YEAR: In her final year competing for the Gators.

2013 TRACK: Posted the second-best time on the team in the 10K at 39:27.30, which also places her in the No. 9 spot on the SF State all-time list ... grabbed a season-best 18:39.63 time at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championship Meet in the 5K to rank third on the team ... also competed in the 1500m and finished the season with a 5:03.79 best time at the Chico State Twilight and Distance Carnival (4/12).

2012 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in five out of SF State's six races, making a push for the top runner spot in the opening race ... finished second on the team in the SF State Invitational (9/14) with a time of 23:55, good for 29th place overall ... grabbed a season-best time of 23:49 in the 6K at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championship Meet (11/3) ... clocked in at 19:51.17 for a season-best 5K time at the Charles Bowles Invitational (9/29).

2012 TRACK: Logged solid numbers during the outdoor campaign, posting the fourth-fastest 10K time in school history with a career-best 38:33.50 at the SF State Distance Carnival (April 6) … Finished 10th in the same event with an effort of 39:26.50 at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships (May 5) … Also established a pair of personal bests in the 5,000 (18:29.10) at Cal State Stanislaus’ Kim Duyst Invite (March 3) and the 1,500 (5:00.95) at the Gators’ own Johnny Mathis Invitational (March 24) … Kicked off the indoor season by competing in the Run for the Dream Invitational (Jan. 20) and the UW Husky Open (Feb. 12) … Has landed on the SF State Athletics Dean’s List for six straight semesters.

2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Enjoyed a breakthrough sophomore harrier campaign, posting a 6K personal-fast time of 22:54.60 at the CCAA Championships, which now ranks seventh on the Gators’ all-time charts (Oct. 22) … Was SF State’s fourth finisher at the NCAA Division II West Regional Championships, where she placed 62nd overall with a 23:19 clocking (Nov. 12) … Also contributed to the Gators’ fourth-place standing at the highly competitive UW Sundodger Invitational, crossing the tape at 23:26.54 to finish in 45th (Sept. 17).

2011 TRACK: Emerged as the Gators’ No. 2 distance runner during the outdoor schedule ... Ended the year in style at the CCAA Championships, logging a season-best time of 40:18.96 in the 10,000 meters … Recorded the team’s second-fastest time of the year in the 5,000 at the Chico Distance Carnival, clocking in at 18:56.14  … Turned in an effort of 5:05.65 in the 1,500 at the Johnny Mathis Invite (April 2) … Participated in one meet during the indoor schedule, posting a 3,000-meter time of 10:58.76 at the UW Husky Open (Feb. 13) … Earned SF State scholar-athlete recognition for the second year in a row and was named to the SF State Athletics Dean’s List for the fourth straight semester.

2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Recorded a solid debut campaign for the Purple and Gold, competing in all six scheduled races, including the NCAA Division II West Regionals (Nov. 20) ... Logged a 6K season-fast time of 24:22.6 at the CCAA Championships (Nov. 6).
