2010 TRACK: Participated as an unattached competitor in the 2-mile run and 5,000 meters during the outdoor season, as well as the 3,000 meters during the indoor campaign ... Received SF State scholar-athlete recognition ... Also earned a spot on the SF State Athletics Dean's List following the fall semester and was named to the honor roll for the spring.

2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete.

PRIOR TO SF STATE: Graduated in 2009 from Newbury Park High School ... Was a three-time Panther Award winner in cross country ... Earned scholar-athlete distinction.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Dave and Cherie Rakowski ... Has one sister, Danielle ... Enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking, bicycling and, of course, running ... Intended major is Kinesiology.
