2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Was SF State’s No. 1 runner in five of six meets ... Kicked off the year with a third-place individual performance of 22:58 to help the Gators finish second in the team standings at the 6K Stanislaus Invitational .(Sept. 11) ... Took fourth overall at the SF State Invitational with a 22:44 clocking (Oct. 8) ... Was the lone Gator competitor in the 5K invitational race at the Santa Clara Bronco Invite where she finished in 69th at 18:17.9 (Oct. 16) ... Established a new 6K personal best at the CCAA Championships after crossing the finish line at 22:43.4, which ranks third in school history (Nov. 6) ... Placed 43rd in sub-freezing conditions at the NCAA Division II West Regionals with a time of 24:22.1 ... Served as team captain for the third straight season.

2010 TRACK: Captured first place in the 1,500 meters at the Soka Peace Invitational with a career-fast time of 4:54.20 (April 17) … Finished 14^th in the 5,000 meters at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships with a season-best 19:03.96 clocking (May 8) … Was the top Gator finisher in the 2-mile run (11:49.39) at the SF State Distance Carnival (March 26) … Also competed in the 3,000 meters at the UC Davis Aggie Open (March 13).

2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Was the Gators’ top finisher in four out of six events ... Moved into fourth place in school history after logging a 6K personal-best time of 22:57.60 at the NCAA West Regionals ... Placed 21st at the CCAA Championships with a 23:48.90 clocking ... Took fourth at the season-opening CSUMB Invitational (18:00), lifting SF State to the team title in the 2.75-mile race ... Finished 59th out of 287 runners with a time of 24:35.49 at the prestigious Roy Griak Invitational ... Also paced the squad at the SF State Invitational (33rd -- 23:41.80) ... Named team co-captain prior to the season ... Earned a spot on the Gator Athletics Honor Roll for the fall semester.

2009 TRACK: Finished 11th in the 10,000 meters (40:52.99) at the CCAA Championships ... Also participated in the 1,500 and 5,000 during the outdoor season.

2008 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four events ... Recorded the highest finish by a Gator female runner, placing 15th with a 6K career-fast time of 23:50.29 at the West Coast Preview in Portland, Ore. ... Served as team captain.

2008 TRACK: Posted a personal-best time of 40:37.60 in the 10,000 meters during the outdoor track season at the Cal Poly Invitational, which ranks seventh on the school’s all-time list ... Also ran her fastest 1,500 (4:58.02) at the Hornet Invite and 3,000 (10:54.0) at the Johnny Mathis Invite.

2007 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran all six races during her first season as a Gator ... Placed 76th out of 156 competitors at the NCAA Division II West Regionals ... Also participated in the 4K Stanford Invitational, finishing 34th at 15:57.

PRIOR TO SF STATE: Graduated in 2006 from North Monterey County High School in Castroville, Calif. ... Was a seven-time All-Monterey Bay League honoree and CIF Central Coast Section qualifier ... Captured MBL title in the 800 meters as freshman ... Garnered team MVP honors all four years in track and was a three-time MVP in cross country ... Also received an MVP award for soccer in 2005 ... Was voted "Most Athletic" student by her school ... Three-time Athlete of the Week in track and field ... CCS qualifier for soccer ... Four-time Scholar-Athlete ... 2005 Rotary Leadership participant.
