2018 Outdoor: Ran a season-best 4:44.90 in the 1500 at the Cal Poly Invitational… clocked in with a personal-best 2:23.90 in the 800m… ran a personal-best 37:00.79 in the 10000m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.
2017 Outdoor: Earned USTFCCCA All-West Region honors for finishing fifth in the west in the steeple ... appeared in the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships in the 3000m steeplechase where she finished 11
th in hear heart and 21
st overall with a time of 11:29.23 ... at the SF State Distance Carnival she smashed her own record in the 3000m steeplechase, finishing with a time of 10:39.06…a full 18 seconds faster than her old record set last season…the time is also a provisional time and is currently 10
th in the nation … at the Sacramento State Invitational on Mar. 19 she took third in the 5K with a personal-best time of 17:33.39 … at the Cal Poly Invitational she set a career-high in the 800 meter with a time of 2:24.63, good enough or 10
th on Mar. 24.
2016 Outdoor: Took fourth at the CCAA Championships in the 3000m steeplechase, clocked in with a time of 10:59.12 ... that same meet, she finished sixth in the 5k with a time of 17.44.87.
2015 Outdoor: Competed in eight outdoor meets her freshman year … made her outdoor debut on Feb. 28 at the Humboldt Invite where she took second in the 800 and fifth in the 1500m … at the Johnny Mathis Invite on Mar. 29 she set a season-best time in the 800m, finishing 21
st with a time of 2:24.87 … at the Chico State Distance Carnival she took first in the steeplechase with a time of 11:45.74 … took 11
th in the steeple at the CCAA Championships with a time of 11:42.74 on May 2 … wrapped her freshman season setting a season-best time in the steeple at the West Coast Last Chance Meet on May 9, finished fourth with a time of 11:38.81.
Prior to SF State: Comes to SF State by way of Lynwood, Calif., where she attended Lynwood High School...lettered in both cross country and track for the Knights...was named the MVP for both Cross Country and track 2011-2014...was also named the most dedicated.
Personal: Parents are Jorge and Esperanza Calva has two siblings Moy and Anna Rodriguez...lists reading as one of her hobbies...majoring in cinema.
