2019 XC: Competed in all five 6K races her junior year… Ran a 25:38.4 at the Sundowner Invitational (Sept. 20)… Crossed in 24:24.7 at the Capital Cross Challenge (Sept. 28)… Took 54th at the SF State Invitational (Oct. 11) with a time of 25:43.8, which is a personal best at the Golden Gate Park course… Recorded a time of 24:47.5 at the NCAA West Region Championships (Nov. 9).

2019 Outdoor: CCAA Spring All-Academic… Ran a personal-best 5:21.53 in the 1500m at the East Bay Quad Meet (Feb. 22).

2018 XC: Did not see any action

2018 Outdoor: Ran a personal-best 20:48.19 at the Cal Poly Invitational in the 5000m to take tenth in the field… followed with another PR in the two mile at the SF State Distance Carnival with a 12:46.43…wrapped up the season at the Woody Wilson Classic running a 2:43.55 in the 800m and a 5:26.77 in the 1500m.

2017 XC: Appeared in three raced for the Gators… began the year with a 25:02.4 at Kim Duyst… took seventh at the UC Davis Doc Adams Open running a personal-best 24:11.7.

Prior to SF State:  Lettered in cross country and track and field for Taft Charter HS… Was a finalist in CIF LA City section in both cross country and track and field all thee years on the team... Was named team captain for the track team her senior year… Broke the school record in the 1500 meter in 2017… Was awarded the most outstanding distance runner by her coach, Debbie Lopez, during the 2017 track season.
