2010 TRACK: Enjoyed a spectacular freshman campaign, which included a victory in the 400 meters with a season-fast time of 58.27 at the Soka Peace Invitational (April 17) … Ran the opening leg of the Gators’ 4x400 relay team that posted the fourth-best clocking in school history (3:52.95) at the University of California’s Brutus Hamilton Invitational (April 24) … Her 4x400 relay also emerged triumphant at Cal State Stanislaus’ Kim Duyst Invitational (March 6) … Logged a career-best 26.50 in the 200 meters at the same meet … Led off SF State’s 4x100 relay that place second at the UC Davis Classic with a time of 48.44, which ranks 13th all-time on the school’s outdoor performance list (March 20) ... Turned in the Gators’ fourth-fastest indoor time ever in the 400 meters (59.40) at the New Mexico Classic (Feb. 6) … Earned SF State scholar-athlete recognition and was named to the Gator Athletics Dean’s List for both the fall and spring semesters.
PRIOR TO SF STATE: Graduated in 2009 from Del Oro High School in Loomis, Calif., where she was a four-year track and field standout ... Earned her squad’s MVP honors on three occasions and was a two-time team captain ... Holds the school record in the 400 meters (58.16) and as a member of both the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams ... Qualified for the finals in the 400 meters at the Sac-Joaquin Section Masters as a senior and in the 100 meters as a junior ... Also reached the finals of the 4x400 relay at the same meet on three occasions and was a two-time finalist in the 4x100 relay ... Named Del Oro High’s Female Athlete of the Year as a senior ... Collected Chick-fil-A Athlete of the Week accolades during the 2009 season as well ... National Honor Society member.
