Finished with a 24-17 overall record for the second year in a row, leading the squad with 333 total points and 124 takedowns ... Was one of seven Gators to notch a victory at Mesa State, edging the Mavericks’ Jason Wenger by a 12-11 margin ... PRIOR TO SF STATE: Graduated from George Washington High School in 2005 ... Was a three-time CIF San Francisco Section Scholar-Athlete, CIF Sportsmanship Award recipient and two-time wrestling MVP... Recipient of Saul Adres Award, High School Male Athlete of the Year, and San Francisco Section Lightweight MVP... Also played football as a prep.

PERSONAL: Son of Donald and Betty Lockett ... Majoring in criminal justice ... Has three brothers, Donald, Virgil and Ali, all of whom wrestled at SF State ... Donald was at two-time All-American (2004-05), while Virgil is currently a Gators assistant coach.
