2010-11: Sat out the first three months of the season recovering from an ankle injury suffered in training camp … Returned to action for three matches at SF State’s own California Collegiates, including an 11-3 victory by major decision over Ryan Schmehr of Division I Cal State Bakersfield (Feb. 5) ... Landed on the SF State Athletics honor roll for both the fall and spring semesters.

2009-10: Won eight matches as a redshirt freshman … Finished second on the team with 18 three-point near falls and ranked seventh with 127 total points … Collected three victories at the Fullerton Open, including a 17-1 romp over Chase Aura of Division I Cal Poly (Nov. 21) … Notched a pair of wins at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational, including a 7-1 decision over another Division I opponent, Hofstra’s Jeff Rotella (Dec. 4) … Also recorded two victories by technical fall over J.J. Lum of Simon Fraser and Oklahoma City’s Bryce Dycus at the Menlo Invitational (Jan. 3).

2008-09: Utilized redshirt season.

PRIOR TO SF STATE: Graduated from Lemoore High School ... Placed fifth at the state meet at 130 lbs ... Also attended Hanford High in Hanford, Calif., during his freshman and sophomore years.
