2012-13: In first season as a Gator went 7-16....Won first match in 7-1 decision over Menlo's Edgar Perez at Roadrunner Open....Won his first meet at RMAC/Regionals with 5-3 decision over Fort Hays State's Garrett Jones.

PRIOR TO SF STATE: Transferred from Bakersfield College ...Posted a fifth-place finish in the 125-pound weight class at the 2011 California Community College Championships hosted by Santa Rosa JC ... Graduated in 2009 from East Bakersfield HighSchool ... Qualified for the CIF state meet on three occasions.
