Biography

2017-18: Ranked as high as No. 10 in NCAA Division II at 285 pounds… Named to the All-RMAC Second Team… Finished second at the RMAC Champion at 285 pounds… Named RMAC Wrestler of the Week for Jan. 8-14… Named Gator of the Week for Nov. 27-Dec. 3 and Jan. 8-14… Took third place in the 285-lb. bracket with a 3-1 day at the Menlo College Open… Went 3-1 at the UNK Midwest Duals, including a pin of No. 11 Jacob Borgmeyer that gave the Gators a 22-20 win over No. 23 Lindenwood.

2016-17: Redshirt season.

2015-16:  Qualified for Nationals....Finished 3rd at Regionals and at the RMAC Championships...Went 25-12 wtih 10 wins by fall and 5 by major decision....Also placed at Menlo College (1st) and Roadrunner Open (5th)...Ranked in top 8 in the region for the majority of the season...Went 3-1 at UNK Midwest Duals including a 10-8 come from behind victory over Central Oklahoma....Team MVP....Named to Director of Athletics' Honor Roll in Spring Semester

2014-15:   In sophomore season went 20-14...Had 7 wins by fall....Also had two wins by major decision...Finished 2nd at U21 Junior College/College Open...Placed third at Cal Collegiates...Went 2-2 at Roadrunner Open

2013-14:  Went 3-4 in his first season as a Gator...Named to Department Honor Roll

PRIOR TO SF STATE: Graduated from Sheldon HS..Delta River League Champion...Tim Brown Champion...MVP...Inspirational Wrestler...Most Improved....Coaches Award...All-Metro First Team....Also played volleyball and football.
