Carrie Thomas ran a lifetime best 25.47 in the 200 meter dash to win the event at the 2010 Soka Peace Invitational in Aliso Niguel this past Saturday. Thomas also finished fourth in the 100 with a time of 12.57 and was part of the 4x100 relay team that placed third with a time of 48.90.
