Nicole Vanni scored three of the Gators’ four goals in their 2-0 weekend as they improved to 6-1-1 overall and 4-1-1 in the CCAA.  On Friday, she scored two of the Gators three goals including what proved to be the game-winner in the fifth minute of the game in SF State’s 3-0 win over Humboldt State.  She came back on Sunday and made her only shot attempt count as the junior forward once again scored the game-winner in SF State’s 1-0 win over Sonoma State.  Vanni connected on a cross from Elizet Ceja in the 76^th minute.  For the season, Vanni scored 7 goals including five game-winning goals to help the Gators win six of their first eight games.
