Vicente Aboytes went 3-0 at the Menlo Invitational including a 15-0 technical fall decision in the championship match over Dillon Knowles of Southern Nevada Wrestling Club. In his first match of the day, he won by pin at the 1:09 mark over Menlo College's Logan Winterton. In the semifinals, he won by a pin at the 7;40 mark over Sierra College's Marques Ford. For his efforts, he was named the Tournament's Most Outstanding Wrestler.
