Vicente Aboytes went 2-0 on Sunday in the Gators' 1-1 day against No. 6 Grand Canyon and Simpson University. In the Gators' 27-16 loss to the No. 6 'Lopes, Aboytes won by fall over Ryan Miller at 4:03 to record his third win by pin on the season. He then came back and defeated Simpson's Richie Ortiz by a 11-4 decision to key the Gators' 33-12 win over the Red Hawks. He is now 15-10 on the season.
