Andrew Reggi played a key role in the Gators' 3-1 day at the UNK Midwest Duals in Kearney, Nebraska, on Saturday. Â He started off with a 11-2 win by major decision over Dakota Bencomo of Adams State in the Gators' 26-16 win over the No. 11 Grizzlies. Â In the Gators' next dual, Reggi won by a 7-1 decision over Chadron State's Devan Fors in the Gators' 18-13 loss to the Eagles.
The redshirt junior then defeated the nation's seventh ranked wrestler, Sam Mangum of Western State Colorado, by a 3-1 decision in SF State's 24-12 win over the No. 9 Mountaineers. Â He finished the day with a 3-2 win by decision in the Gators' 29-12 win over Northern State (SD).
