Lawson continued his stellar season on Saturday as he placed second with a 8K time of 24:12.7 at the CCAA Championships. His second-place finish is the best finish by a Gators at the CCAA Championships in program history. Lawson led SF State to a seventh-place finish, and was just three second off the leader from No. 4 Chico State.
