SAN FRANCISCO-- The SF State women's basketball team will return home to The Swamp this weekend for a pair of CCAA games. The Gators will Host Cal State East Bay this Friday, Nov. 30 and then Cal St. Monterey Bay this Saturday, Dec. 1. Game times for both evenings is set for 5:30pm.
The Gators are coming off a 1-1 week against conference rival, Sonoma State. SF State defeated the Seawolves this past Tuesday at The Swamp 63-61 behind
Michaela Booker's season high 19 points. The Gators then lost 70-60 to Sonoma State in Rohnert Park, Calif., as Booker tied the team lead with 16 points with
Angela Van Sickel.
SF State is now 2-2 overall and 1-1 in the CCAA. The Gators are averaging 68.8 points per game while giving up 65.2 points per game.
Nicole Hicks leads the way with her 16.3 ppg average followed by Van Sickel at 15.0 ppg.
Farrah Shokoor is averaging 11.7 points per game and leads the Gators with her 8.0 rebounding average and 17 steals.
Michaela Booker is also averaging double digits at a 11.5 clip.
