SAN FRANCISCO--  The SF State Gators' men's basketball team will open up their California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) season this weekend with a pair of home games.  The Gators will host Chico State this Friday, Dec. 6 and Cal State Stanislaus this Saturday, Dec. 7.  Game times for both nights is set for 7:30pm PST at The Swamp.  Prior to the game on Friday night against Chico State, the SF State Alumni Association will be hosting Campus Comes Alive in front of the Gym from 6-7:30pm.  There will be free food available for the first 250 guests courtesey of Taqueria Girasol and music will be provided by The JRO Project.

SF State is 2-1 after going 1-1 this past weekend in the Carl's Jr. Mac Martin Invitational.  The Gators lost 101-96 to then #9 Seattle Pacific despite six players scoring in double figures led by Nefi Perdomo's season high 28 points.  Then on Saturday, SF State defeated Dominican (Calif.) 88-79 behihnd Perdomo's game high 25 points.  Perdomo was named to the All-Tournament Team for his efforts over the weekend.

After this weekend, the Gators will host Sonoma State on Friday, Dec. 13 at the Swamp at 7:30pm PST.
