"I really enjoy seeing what Morgan and his staff are building at Stanislaus. They're an up-and-coming team and are going to be a tough team for years to come. Our guys showed a lot of resilience and believe today, coming back from behind for the win," said Head Coach Pedro Osório. "It was especially great to see the growth of our team as a couple of our freshmen really stepped up in the second half. With Sam flying up and down the flanks and getting the game-winning goal, and Anthony Lambrinidis solidifying our backline with his defensive presence. It was also great to see our senior captain, Erik Ornelas, with another scoreless half."
For the second consecutive match, Jo Krumsvik played the first half and made two saves while senior Ornelas tended net in the second half and had one save en route to the victory. Nunez made four saves in a losing effort for the Warriors.
