A 19-1 run from the Broncos put them in front as Cal Poly Pomona led 29-17 with :56 remaining in the second quarter. A three-pointer from
Samaria Velazquez cut the Broncos' lead to nine heading into the locker room.
Blake opened up the third quarter with a three point basket but the Broncos responded with a 10-0 run before the Gators could score again. Down 53-33 in the fourth, the deficit proved to be too much for the Gators to overcome.
