Michael Cunningham drew a free base thanks to a hit by pitch and advanced to second on a wild pitch. How It Happened

After five scoreless innings, the Gators got on the board first thanks in part to four walks by the Warriors pitching staff in the sixth inning. Nick Upstill drew a leadoff walk, stole second and crossed home off an RBI single by Kody Gardner. With bases loaded and two outs, Cole Thompson stepped up to the plate. After Thompson worked the count to full, Stanislaus elected to make a pitching change. Thompson took a ball on the next pitch for an RBI walk.

A sac fly plated a runner in the bottom of the sixth for the Warriors. The Gators put up three runs in the top of the seventh off of three consecutive RBI hits. Gardner singled to center, Matt Sugden doubled to left center and AJ Schrader tripled to cap off the scoring drive.
