SAN FRANCISCO — San Francisco State volleyball was well represented on the All-CCAA Team as announced by the conference Tuesday evening.
Tamiya Wilson and
Kimberly DeBoer earned First Team honors for the third straight season. DeBoer was also named CCAA Setter of the Year for a third straight year.
Izzy Issak joins DeBoer and Wilson on the first team.
Anastacia Garza earned Second Team honors and
Aidan Goodrich earned Honorable Mention for a second time.
DeBoer continued to quarterback the offense this season and had a CCAA leading 11.58 assists per set. That number ranks eighth in the nation going into postseason action. She was named Conference Setter of the Week six times during the season. DeBoer posted over 1000 assists for a third straight season and her 3755 career assists ranks third all-time. DeBoer also recorded 185 digs, 55 kills, 29 aces and 17 blocks.
Wilson ranked fourth in the CCAA in kills per set (4.27) third in points per set (4.96) and sixth in aces per set (.46). She also had the best hitting percentage in the conference among non middle blockers at .312. Wilson was named the AVCA National Player of the week on October 29, making it a second straight season she had earned national weekly honors.
Issak had a huge senior season and was third in the CCAA in kills per set (4.28) and fifth in points (4.69). She earned both Offensive and Defensive POTW during the 2024 season. Issak ranked second on the team in kills (381) second in blocks (42) and third in digs (245).
Garza made a huge impact in front of the net for the Gators and recorded a team-high 53 blocks. She also was fourth on the team in kills with 176. Her attack percentage of .335 ranks third in the CCAA.
The 2023 CCAA Freshman of the Year continued to shine for the Gators. Goodrich was third on the team in kills (215) and third in blocks (40).
