SAN FRANCISCO - The San Francisco State women's soccer team fell 5-0 to Simon Fraser. The Gators struggled to keep up with Simon Fraser's speed as the Red Leaves used fast breaks and good passing to take down the Gators.
 
 
 
	- SF State sits at 0-3-1 on the season while Simon Fraser improves to 3-0-1.
 
	- Simon Fraser tallied assists on four of their five goals including three from Kiera Scott
 
	- Shots were very similar as Simon Fraser edged the Gators 13-12
 
	- Ashlyn Jones had a team-high three shots.
 
Simon Fraser used its speed for a fast break. Kaiden Sherwood crossed the ball to Scott in the middle of the field for a goal at the 13 minute mark for the first goal. Sherwood connected with Dariella Lopez for another goal at the 34 minute mark. In the second half, Simon Fraser scored three times within 23 minutes, putting the game out of reach for the Gators.
Lilian Cook made her debut, making two saves. Sarah Loewen tallied seven saves in the shut-out.
