Maya Stinson scored in the 78th minute to tie the match up and give the Gators a 1-1 tie with Dominican University.

Jones had an excellent look 29 minutes in. The keeper made a save that bounce in front of her but Emily Gehrlein-Allen had already raced past the ball. Dominican took a corner at the 32nd minute. Ayla Moore took a shot that hit the post and Fatima Garcia capitalized and knocked it in. The Gators were fouled right outside of Dominican's goal box, resulting in a free kick at the 78th minute mark. Stinson sailed the ball in the right corner to tie the game up. Kylie Tone made three more saves in the next 12 minutes to keep the game tied for the Gators.
Kylie Tone (0-1-2) played all 90 minutes. She made a season-high six saves and allowed one goal. Angelina Hert made the start for Dominican, making five saves and not allowing a goal. Michelle Salas Viniegra came in during the second half and allowed the goal.
