SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - The San Francisco State women's basketball team was outscored by Cal State San Bernardino 26-5 in the second quarter. The Gators never regained the lead and fell 77-65.

- SF State falls to 5-14 on the season and 3-10 in the CCAA. Cal State San Bernardino improves to 8-10 and 6-7 in the CCAA.
- Deonna Mayfield had a team-high 23 points.
- Geriah Bradley had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
- The Gators shot 31.7 percent from the field while the Yotes shot 44.8 percent.
- SF State did most of its damage at the line and went 22-for-29.
Neither team lead by more than five in the first quarter. While the Gators shot well, six turnovers plagued the offense. Mayfield gave the Gators a brief lead near the end of the quarter but San Bernardino's Citlali Salazar scored on the following possession to take a slight 17-16 lead. The Gators only made one bucket in the second quarter while the Yotes shot 61.1 percent from the field to take a 43-21 lead at the half. The Gators offense improved in the third and they were able to draw fouls to get to the line. But SF State was only able to slow down the Yotes a little and trailed by 20 at the end of the third.
