2008-09: Derek played in all 28 games for the gators this passed season. In those 28 games, Fletch recorded a season high 13 points against Menlo College. On the season he ripped down 93 boards (3.3 per game) and shot 44.3% from the field. Derek is now in the top 10 for blocks all time here at SF State.

2007-08:  Saw action in 27 games while started in 8 of those games...Averaged 4.3 points and 4.0 rebounds while blocking 16 shots...Scored a season high 16 points at Humboldt State.

2006-07: Averaged 6.0 points and 5.9 rebounds per game including 47.6% from the field...Blocked a team high 21 shots...PERSONAL: Graduated from Bronham HS...Son of Howard and Michelle Fletcher and brother of Patrick...Likes to listen to music and work on computers in his free time...Majoring in Graphic Design.
