2015: In her first season finished the year playing in 13 matches…she started eight of those matches and appeared in 33 sets… she averaged 5.76 assists per set which was second on the team…had a career-high of 55 assists in a single match against Cal State East Bay Sept. 19…she averaged 1.42 digs per set…had a career-high of 10 digs in a single match against Regis Sept. 4.

PRIOR TO SF STATE:  Originally from Zurich, Switzerland, she spent the last two years playing for Indian River State College in Fort Pierce, Fla., …while at Indian River State College she lettered twice in volleyball…while at IRSC she was awarded VanDuzer Foundation Sportsmanship Award, which recognizes exceptional Indian River State College athletes who also demonstrate outstanding sportsmanship…in her sophomore campaign she helped guide IRSC to a 20-15 overall record, she finished the year with 524 assists, averaging 4.81 assists per set.  She also tallied 195 digs, averaging 1.79 digs per set, with 26 aces in 31 matches played…speaks four languages: English, German, Swiss-German, French and Swiss...attended KV Zurich Business School…parents are Malin and Thomas Aerne…has one sibling, a brother named Mathis…hobbies including traveling, any sports activities, nature, spending time with friends and family, and cooking.
