2008-09: Rob was selected to the Fecond Team All-CCAA team for the second year in a row. This year he had had a team high 446 points (15.9 per game), 30 of which came against Dominguez Hills for his career high. He also lead the team and was 2nd in the league in steals with a grand toal of 53 and also recorded 52 assists on the year (2 per game). Also Rob made 143 free throws on the year shooting (shooting 80.3%) and nailed 45 three pointers all in 29.5 minutes per game.

2007-08:  Named CCAA Freshman of the Year (first ever Gator in any CCAA sport to earn that honor)...Also selected to the Second Team All-CCAA....Named to NDNU Thanksgiving Tournament Team...Tied for team lead in scoring with a 12.1 average...Scored a season high 26 points in Gators' win over Cal Poly Pomona...Also had 50 steals in the Gators' 29 games, which he started in all but one.

PERSONAL: Graduated  from St. Augustine's HS in San Diego in Spring of 2007...McDonald's All-American nominee...Western League Player of the Year...CIF Second Team...All State...Player of the Week recipient three times...Also played football in high school...Son of Terrence and Angela Hayes and brother of Terrinice and Tanequa...Likes to play basketball and listen to music in free time..Majoring in Kinesiology.
