Jain joined the San Francisco State men's basketball coaching staff ahead of the 2019-20 season.
Prior to joining the Gators coaching staff, Jain was an assistant at Cal State Maritime from 2014-19. During that time, the Keelhaulers captured three conference regular-season championships and a pair of conference tournament championships. The Keelhaulers also made two NAIA national tournament appearances. He assisted with recruitment, scouting and video coordination, individual development with a focus on post players, travel coordination, academic supervision, and summer camps.
From 2012-14, Jain was an assistant boys basketball coach at Foothill High School and assisted with both the freshman and varsity programs.
Off the court, Jain is the president of We Care – Home Care and Hospice, Inc., which he founded in 2011.
Jain earned a degree in Finance from University of San Francisco and also holds a Data Science Certification, General Assembly.
