Biography
2019-20: Recorded a double-double with a season-high 13 points and career-high 11 rebounds in a win over Concordia (Ore.).
2018-19: Scored a career-high 18 points in a 71-67 victory at Humboldt State, also matched a career-high nine rebounds… Had nine rebounds and three blocks in a win vs. Cal State San Marcos.
2017-18: Appeared in 23 games… Averaged 2.7 points and 3.3 rebounds in 8.8 minutes of action… Scored a then-career-high 11 points in a Dec. 31 loss at CSUSM… Pulled down a career-high nine rebounds three times.
2016-17 (UCSB): Missed beginning of season due to injury… Played last 11 games, averaged 1.9 ppg and 2.4 rpg, shot 60 percent from the field and 50 percent from the free throw line.
2015-16 (UCSB): Redshirted the 2015-16 season at UCSB.
Before San Francisco State: As a senior at South Kent (Conn.) Prep School, averaged 16.9 points, 12 rebounds, and 3 blocks per game… Team posted a 19-9 record and earned a berth to the National Prep School Championship Tournament… Posted 17 double-double games during the season… Had a 24-point game against St. Thomas More, and a 22-point and 19-rebound game against Putnam Science Academy… Collected a career-high 19 rebounds against Max My Game Academy of Orlando, Fla.… Shot 47 percent from the field and 60 percent from the free throw line... Ranked in the Top 25 players in Connecticut and in the top 75 players in New England by the New England Recruiting Report… Attended Vermont Academy as a junior, where he was co-captain and averaged 10 points, 8 rebounds, and 2 blocks per game… Received the Keron Deshields Leadership Award by his coaches for displaying outstanding leadership on and off the court… Helped the team to the NEPSAC AA Elite 8… Member of the Dean’s list and Honor Roll at Vermont Academy… Spent his first two years at Nazareth Academy in Illinois, where he was a varsity starter… Averaged 10 points, 6 rebounds, and 2.5 blocks in 47 games… Posted an 18-rebound game and a record 11 blocks against Lindblom Academy.… Holds the career and single season records for blocks and was third in most rebounds in a season in school history… Was twice voted to the All-Area team, served as team captain his sophomore year, and made the All-Tournament Team in his very first High School holiday tournament… Led Nazereth to Illinois State Regionals twice.
