Prior to SF State:  JC transfer from Cabrillo College where she helped guide the Seahawks to an undefeated season that culminated in a 2013 State of California Championship…was named the MVP of the conference and an All-American…prior to Cabrillo lettered one year at Hawaii-Hilo where she was named the Freshman of the Year in the Pac-West Conference…finished the year with 382 kills, averaging 5.16 kills per set which was tops in the Nation…lettered all four years for head coach Kamala Sipin at Soquel High School…finished her career with 1,038 career kills for the Knights…was a two-time Co-League MVP for the Central Coast Conference in 2010-11…in her senior year she tallied 418 kills and 194 en route to being named to the MaxPreps California All-State Second Team…was first team all-league her sophomore, junior and senior year…the native of Santa Cruz, Calif. is daughter to Wayne and Lauri Morgan…has one sibling, a brother named Cedar who played baseball at Cal State L.A…father Wayne, played professional baseball in the Houston Astros minor league system…hobbies and interests include singing, playing guitar, painting, hiking, lifting and beach volleyball…is majoring in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Nutrition and a minor in psychology.
