2017: Began the season at Kim Duyst, running a 22:50.4... Posted a career-best SF Invite time with a 22:18.2... Earned
CCAA All-Conference honors with her 12th place finish at the CCAA Championships, posted a time of 21:39.5 (7:15.58)... Closed out the season at the NCAA West Regional, notching a 22:32.1.
2016: Appeared in five races for the Gators in 2016…made her Gator debut on Sept. 15 at the Speedway Duals at Golden Gate Park’s Speedway Meadow…she finished 14
th with a time of 23:06 in the 5800m race…the following week she took fourth with a time of 23:41.8 at the Yellowjacket Invitational…she set a season-best time in the 6k at the SF State Invite, finishing 13
th overall with a time of 22:53.7…at the CCAA Championships she took 54
th out of 118 runners with a time of 23:30.0…wrapped up her first year at SF State placing 64
th at the NCAA Division II West Region Championships, clocking in with a time of 22:54.1.
Before SF State: The native of Greenville, S.C. attended Merritt College where she lettered both years in Cross Country and Track and Field…was named the MVP for both Cross Country and Track…attended Riverside High School in Greenville where she was the team MVP in cross country all four years and was named the MVP for Track three years…in her senior campaign she was named the Athlete of the Year at her high school…parents are Maria and Ruben Arsiniega..has two brothers, Michael and Alan.
