2019 Outdoor: Took first in long jump at the East Bay Quad Meet (Feb. 22) with a 4.98m and took third in the 200m with a time of 26.47.

2019 Indoor: Tossed a personal-best 8.28m in shot put and also guided the 4x400 to a 3:59.47 for the ninth-best time in Gator history at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational (Jan. 19)… Recorded personal bests in the 600m with a 1:39.70 and in the 60m hurdles with a 9.33 at the New Mexico Classic (Feb. 2).

2018 Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-West Region... Ran the second leg of the 4x400 that took first at the Sacramento State Hornet Invitational with a 3:48.04, which is the seventh-fastest time in program history… took second in the 4x100 at the Cal Poly Invitational with a time of 46.72… recorded a pair of third-place finishes at the Woody Wilson Classic in the 400m hurdles (1:02.76) and in the 4x400 (3:51.82)… also set a PR in the 100m hurdles at the very same meet with a time of 15.65… took gold at the CCAA Championships with a time of 1:00.19 in the 400m hurdles, which is the second-fastest time in Gator history… wrapped up the regular season at the Warrior Last Chance Open finishing fifth in the 400m with a 57.80… ran a 1:02.51 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles.

2018 Indoor: Began the year with an indoor PR in the 60m hurdles at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational with a time of 9.98.. also ran a season best in the 200m with a 25.63… helped the 4x400 relay take seventh at the UW Invitational, clocking in at 3:45.71.

2017 Indoor:  Earned All-American Honors for finishing sixth in the NCAA Division II Indoor National Championships in the 4x400 relay, finished with a time of 3:44.58, the second fastest time in program history… Named USTFCCCA First Team All-American for being a member of the 4x400 relay… Earned USTFCCCA All-Region Honors for helping the 4x400 relay finish in the top-5 in the region… Made her track and field debut at the Bronco Invite, where she took first in the 200 with a time of 25.27, she helped the 4x400 relay take second with a time of 3:55.12… At the UW Invite she placed helped the 4x400 relay take sixth with a time of 3:51.09, she also set a season-high in the 400 with a time of 58.29 … she took second in the 200 at the UW Open on Feb. 12 with a time of 25:32 … at the BU Last Chance she helped the Gators 4x400 relay finish second with a time of 3:44.50, a provisional mark and a school record.

Before SF State:  Graduated from Christopher HS in 2016… First Team All-League for soccer as a senior… 2016 and 2014 Team MVP Track Athlete of the Year… 2014 Team MVP Soccer Athlete of the Year.
