PRIOR TO SF STATE: Played two seasons of volleyball, as well as basketball, at Monterey Penninsula College ... was named all-conference first team as a sophomore ... received Pete Cutino Female Athlete of the Year scholarship at MPC ... was a tri-sport athlete at Notre Dame High in Salinas, Calif., playing varsity volleyball, basketball and softball ... was an all-county second team selection for all three sports ... was involved in the California Scholarship Federation at Notre Dame and graduated with honors.

PERSONAL: Born Sept. 18, 1993 ... originally from Marina, Calif. ... enjoys volunteering at the Monterey Sports Center ... is an official for high school volleyball games ...is one of eight siblings, including a twin brother, and has 22 pets ... step-father played baseball for SF State ... plans on majoring in psychology with hopes of pursuing a career as a teacher, counselor or psychologist.
