Battles' Career Stats

2011:  Saw action in 12 matches as a redshirt freshman … Finished with a season-best five digs in the Gators’ 3-1 triumph at Cal State Monterey Bay (Oct. 29) … Also served up her first collegiate ace vs. Cal State Dominguez Hills (Nov. 5) … Landed on the SF State Athletics Dean’s List following the fall and spring semesters.

2010: Utilized redshirt season ... Earned a spot on the CCAA all-academic team and received SF State scholar-athlete recognition.

PRIOR TO SF STATE: Graduated in 2010 from Buchanan High School where her mother, Marian Battles, serves as the girls’ head volleyball coach ... Led the team with 235 digs as a senior ... Helped the Bears to the Tri-Rivers Athletic Conference championship and CIF Central Section title as a sophomore in 2007 ... Buchanan captured the league crown in 2009  as well...
