Keenya McDaniel had an outstanding start to the indoor season this past weekend at the Cherry and Silver Invitational in Albuquerque, NM. She provisionally qualified for the indoor nationals in Mankato, Minn., in two events and also tied the school record in one.

She ran a 7.70 to finish in 10th place in the 60 meter run, which tied the school record. McDaniel then was part of the women's 4x400 relay team that also provisionally quaified for indoor nationals with a 5th place time of 3:49.50.
