Megan Johnson played a key role in the Gators' weekend split on the road at UC San Diego and No. 25 Cal State San Bernardino. In SF State's three-set win at UC San Diego on Friday, Johnson recorded 8 kills and had 18 digs to go along with her two service aces and one block assist. Then on Saturday in the the Gators' four set loss at No. 25 CSU San Bernardino, Johnson had 13 kills and6 digs.

The Gators are now 19-8 overall and 14-6 in the CCAA, three-way tie for second place, going into the last weekend of the regular season. They are also currently 8th in the NCAA Division II West Region.
