Seattle, Wash.--- The fourth ranked Seattle Pacific Falcons (1-0-1) blanked the visiting SF State Gators 1-0 this evening in Seattle, Washington.  The Gators fall to 0-2 and will have their home opener this Wednesday, September 3 at 3:30pm, when they host the Hawai'i-Hilo Vulcans at Cox Stadium.

            The only goal of the match came at the 24:40 mark of the first off the foot of Jacelyn Chavette from five-yards out off a thru ball from Meredith Teaque.  This was Chavette's second goal of the season.  SF State's Rachel Lauderdale recorded seven saves in goal for the Gators in her second start of the season.  Lauderdale is allowing 0.67 goals a game in her one and half matches in goal for SF State.
