SAN FRANCISCO-- The SF State Gator women's soccer team will be back on the road this weekend for a pair of CCAA matches at Humboldt State and Sonoma State. The Gators will travel to Arcata, Calif., to face Humboldt State this Fri., Oct. 11 at 12:30pm. Then this Sunday, SF State will be in Rohnert Park for a 2pm starting match with #15 Sonoma State. The Gators lost 1-0 to Humboldt State and 3-0 to Sonoma State earlier this season at home.

The Gators snapped their four-match winless streak with a 1-0 win over Chico State on Sunday. Lauren Hayano scored the game-winning goal off a corner kick from Kelsey Wetzstein. Allison Land had four saves en route to her third shutout of the season.

After this weekend, the Gators will return home on Oct. 18 and 20 for two conference matches against Cal State East Bay and #9 Cal State Stanislaus.
