SAN FRANCISCO---  The SF State Gators will continue their five-game road trip this weekend with a pair of CCAA road games in the Los Angeles area.  SF State will face Cal State L.A. in Los Angeles this Friday, Jan. 3 at 5:30pm at the Eagles Nest.  Then on Saturday, the Gators will travel to Carson for a 5:30pm scheduled tip-off with Cal State Dominguez Hills at the Torodome.

The Gators are 7-3 overall and 3-1 in the CCAA after having their four-game winning streak snapped on Dec. 22 at Sonoma State (63-69).  SF State is led by the trio of Katie Batlin (15.7 ppg), Angela Van Sickel (14.3 ppg) and Lauren Varney (10.9 ppg).  Batlin also leads the team with her 8.7 rebounding average, 39 assists and 31 steals while Varney has a team high 10 blocked shots and shooting a team high 78% from the line.  Van Sickel has made a team leading 24 three's.  

SF State will return home on Friday, Jan. 17 at 5:30pm, when the Gators host Cal State San Bernardino.
